我體力目前是很差的從小也都沒有練過==現在每天跑1000+然後走200+再跑800+(跑完會覺得累喔!跑場有高低起伏(804醫院)所以沒測過速度開學後可能只有週休跟週一週五可以跑可以告訴我有關慢跑的常識跟接下來的練習方案嗎??複製其他類似問題的解答一概不採用
