想避開台11線的隧道 - 台東

想騎單車從台東市走台11線到花蓮市，
不過是單獨騎車，所以想避開隧道～
查了台11線的維基資料，台東部分只有提到一個在台23線上的小馬隧道，
這樣看起來，
直走台11線北上時，在台東地區的部分都不會遇到隧道？
可以在地人幫我確認一下，是不是確實是如此嗎？謝謝！
