目前在猶豫要不要買
婆家在大橋區域
附近(隔一條街)有房子要賣
地坪32、三樓,
狹長格局(樓梯、廁所在中間)
房子年紀38年、屋主開價1480萬
因為本人不在這裡住,都是作出租
所以房子有壁癌問題
猶豫不決是因為優點很多
離婆家近、有國小、中、近圖書館
近奇美醫院、公車站、火車站
有延平市場、兵仔市場、黃昏市場
生活機能超齊全的
而且老房子的地坪大、建坪也大
雖然我們一家三口要住而已
但...想要住的寬鬆一點
就差在房子有壁癌、老舊
處理完,不知道還會不會漏水
(朋友說,壁癌處理完還會繼續長)
想問問大家會怎麼選?
買下來,全部重新整建?
(重新整理的費用也許要價500萬起跳)
或是另外再找?

我前陣子看房4年多的追蹤統計,成交價大約是開價的8折
至83折不等。老房大地坪住起來就是爽,花個幾百萬整修
我覺得值得,總比花同樣的錢買新房,地坪23甚至20點多
坪的新加坡式建築小不拉機,睡個覺主臥還在三樓這麼遠
曬衣服要到四樓甚至五樓陽台,不然只能在廚房外面的超
小陽台還不一定可以曬到太陽,長輩來還要睡在號稱孝親
房的僕人房

話他貴了我家300多,但我家同年份同屋型還比他大至少5坪,
