想請問一個害羞的問題 - 內褲

想請問各位，
各問每天穿著內褲時會不會多墊一個東西在內褲裡(每上一次廁所會更換一次新的)?
像是衛生紙或是護墊.
是一整天都墊東西喔，包含睡覺時.
我要是不墊的話感覺會很怪，會覺得髒髒的沒安全感.
又覺得每天沒日沒夜的夾著衛生紙或護墊好像會吃掉很多螢光劑的感覺.
很怕因此生病.
所以想請問各位是否也有同樣的情形呢?
