repair 也是名詞喔... 所以我覺得選 C 沒錯 :P

會比較恰當

be subject to... 是一個片語，有幾個意思

在我的字典上，找到最貼近的解釋和例句是:

D 在此句裡不通，如果這題是指「上車時可以向司機買票」
to 要改成 from 才對...
