我想做好喝的荔枝酒,但酒精濃度不用太高(我胃不大好),我有做過但好像不是很好喝,有點酸澀味道也不好,不知問題出在那裡?我是一層冰糖一層撥好的荔枝,八分滿後放入威士忌至蓋過,之後玻璃瓶密封半年...,對了我的荔枝都是放在室**三天才拿來做1.是否有何失誤呢?還是要加啥酒(酒精濃度不用太高)較�
