"I do not have long term funding to support a PhD degree.

If you can self-support, there is possibility of TA support for one term.

Each year has 4 terms

and in the summer term you don't need to register."

想問一下, 這位教授是指 我有機會拿到一個學期的TA

那最後那兩句到底是啥意思??
