本來要寫的是咖哩,不過這樣一來便連續三篇了,
改放去年吃的一家甜點專賣店解膩吧。
位於永和仁愛路的微糖,聽說2015年春開始營業,
晚間路經附近臨時想起便走了進去。
店內裝潢些微簡陋但起碼整齊清潔。
看完玻璃櫃後點一份蒙布朗(NT.150),
一杯抹茶拿鐵,有無添加濃縮價錢一樣(NT.130)。

咖啡意外地與抹茶合拍,苦澀不過於突出,
微微抹茶香氣與奶香調和挺好。
蒙布朗有些可惜,初嘗感到普通。
底層酥脆足而不死硬,但上頭栗子泥缺了香濃。
並非說不好吃,只是整體對我而言稍嫌單調了。

最近幾年旅歐歸來的甜點師傅愈來愈多。
令人驚訝的是,其實有一大部分非本科系,
不少高學歷學子們為圓甜點夢特地存錢飛往歐洲。
這導致台北甜點界的競爭過度白熱化,
簡直跟早已多年處在飽和狀態的日式拉麵差不多。
除本科系,旅歐旅美,甚至還有日本和菓子學校的,
這還沒論及不斷進駐台灣的國外品牌。
如此高度競爭的環境之下光憑藉明星學校證照,
或標榜純使用天然食材似乎已逐漸失去其先天上的優勢...
