不知道寫什麼開場白..( ′-`)y-~
由於我還算常去香港,所以純粹因為店名而進去用餐
店內擺設很簡單,右邊二到三張 L型對坐的桌子
(這個跟香港一些小店鋪的擺設一樣)
左邊,二樣長方型桌子,配上四張四腳椅.
(要是像翠華一樣小圓桌,擠在一起就更棒了)
(但我想 是因應台灣人的用餐習慣吧)
講正題~ 就是食物本身
它有二種選擇 89元(選三種配料、附飲料)129元(不用選、附飲料)
1.配料: 豬皮、豬腸、豬紅、魚蛋、紅腸、腸仔 ...etc....
(總之有十多種、因為我沒拿單子回來,也沒拍,所以純粹是HK友人口述)
(車仔麵應有的配料...並沒有100%與店內相同)
2.麵條: 油麵、米粉、板條..恩..還有一種忘了
3.湯頭: 豬骨 豬骨加牛腩 豬骨加咖哩
我覺得食材(配料)還滿新鮮的,味道也都很鮮明,湯頭也OK(不會太鹼)
(有些湯麵,不曉得怎回事,配料 吃的味道都一樣? 只有咬起來不一樣)
以 89元來說.還滿OK的
可惜它竟然沒有凍檬茶.但它有一般我們常聽到的香港飲品
我選的是凍檸樂 (標準的香港配備 玻璃可樂一瓶+空杯+二片檸檬)
( 這家附冰塊不用加錢.XDDDDD )
總之,還算 OK 囉.就cp值來說,我覺得大於光頭佬附近的拉麵店
但可能沒開很久.店內人手(動作)還有點生疏
最後,老實說.它的菜單,我看不太懂..
是經過店員說明才知道怎麼點的..( ′-`)y-~
