後保險桿換新 - 新竹

昨天不小心撞到別人家Toyota RAV4 後保險桿 ( 肇事責任完全在我身上 )，
今天和車主去原廠估價，
原廠開1萬3，
對我現階段打工的薪資來說負擔有點過大。
毀損情況如下圖：

本來想說車主停好好沒事被我撞到也是很衰，
想說認賠了事，可是家人不同意。
想請問板上是否有推薦的修車場呢？
目前我是願意以換全新保險桿為賠償原則，
另外車主特別在意烤漆部分是否可以烤的和原廠無異，
引述車主原句：
『如果他廠施工可跟原廠同品質，我可接受 ，但如果最後沒有同品質，我也無法接受。他廠維修，無車可用，因上班需要，若無代步車，就會搭乘大眾運輸工具，收據再提供給妳。』
請問板友是否有符合車主要求的推薦的修車場呢？以新竹市為佳。
