我覺得好像只要某一天很晚睡,2點或3點,而且當時精神還可以,
只是為了怕整天沒睡到而影響健康,才強迫自己去睡的,
隔天早上好像很早就可以起床了,好像是需要睡眠的時間變少了似的。
不知道這跟我晚上喝咖啡or綠茶有沒有關係啊?
大家會這樣嗎?
