彰化金牌總舖師 稻燒生魚片霸氣辦桌
現在的結婚宴客,多半在飯店、餐廳舉辦,傳統總舖師能辦桌的場子越來越少,許多師傅
乾脆轉型開餐廳。但是,這位曾經拿下全台辦桌大賽總冠軍的彰化總舖師,還是沒放棄,
每一場外燴辦桌,他都是半夜衝到拍賣市場,親自挑選魚貨,再用最新鮮的食材,變出一
桌一桌澎湃的手路菜。雖然從早到晚沒停的工作,真的很累,但是總舖師說,這就是他與
眾不同的地方,更是他一路走來,不被時代潮流淘汰的勝出關鍵。

彰化在埔心有魚市場呀!怎麼會從三角路跑到台中魚市場挑選呢?外燴辦桌跟餐廳
的差別就是餐廳有冰箱外燴沒有,所以食材保鮮就是個大問題,不過一般會外燴通常
都是入厝比較多!
