經過這間客人沒停過的小吃店,被香味引誘到即使吃飽口中也分泌唾液
彰化客運旁的郭媽媽魯肉飯,近看才發現有被食尚玩家報導過
反正我們有兩個人,胃容量總是比一個人有戰力,進去瞅瞅吧!
劃單後交給老闆,不一會兒餐點全上桌
上菜速度完全可以應付附近學校下課後飢腸轆轆的學生
燙青菜(30元)空心菜是我喜歡的青菜前三名,脆口僅需簡單調味就很好吃
油豆腐(10元)滷的極入味,完全不須費力就可以將豆腐分解
滷汁不會過鹹,單吃、配飯都合適,牙口不好的長輩、小孩也會喜歡
香菇丸(10元)相比之下香菇丸的存在感低,很容易吃過即忘
(也有可能是我不喜歡香菇,所以下意識忽略它)
乾麵(25元/小)滿滿的豆芽菜覆蓋在麵條上
攪拌過後讓細麵條沾附醬汁,有蒜泥點綴的醬汁很夠味
清脆而飽水的豆芽菜與帶韌性的麵條互補口感,簡單的古早味很涮嘴
魯肉飯(25元/小)白飯上的魯肉給的很大方,還有提味的醬瓜
滷汁是偏甜的,魯肉塊沒有什麼肥肉很加分
帶皮的魯肉吃得到QQ的黏唇感,感覺不管下面搭配的是什麼都不會奇怪
我喜歡濕潤的米飯,好處是就算魯肉先扒光剩下白飯也很好入口
魷魚肉羹(25元)一樣用料大方
除了名字上應該有的魷魚和肉羹外,還有筍子絲和高麗菜,增加整碗羹的自然甜味
脆口的魷魚很新鮮,肉羹片粉裹的很薄,和勾芡一樣點到為止
清甜的湯頭喝完不會覺得有負擔
每一樣小吃都讓我堅信簡單就是美味的真理,大家來彰化玩也可以試試喔!
