2021第一波基隆產地直送的小卷再次新鮮入港。

前一兩個月因為疫情跟氣候的影響，
小卷的捕撈產量跟品質不是很穩定。
直到這個月總算有充足的捕獲量可以分享給大家，
也很感謝近期陸續私訊詢問的鄉民朋友們的支持。

以下正文開始——————

家中來自基隆的八斗子港出船，
海撈海釣的自銷小卷，

有別於進口冷凍小卷，
是台灣基隆直接出船捕獲的現流野生小卷。

每年五到十月是基隆的鎖管季，
我們賣的是每年這段期間出船，
船上現撈就急速活體冷凍鎖住鮮度，
肉質非常鮮美，營養價值高，
蛋白質含量高(16~20%)並且有豐富牛磺酸，

新的一批小卷這兩天剛進港直接冷凍宅配，
盒裝每盒約半斤 300g，
