平日夫妻二人上班,家中只剩老媽一人,如何安排老人的日常活動呢?
老媽70歲了,生活機能不錯,平時早晨運動,安排一週2次半日社區運動
早晨和社區的運動都有老師帶,有氧輕度阻力運動,但肌力仍待加強
一個人在家空閒時間多,想多安排一些其他活動,有什麼推薦的嗎?
西屯附近不要太遠,可能是養生知性運動肌耐力等等,或安排SPA按摩
音樂唱歌社福好像比較沒興趣
