本身是念生物相關背景,深知早點生卵子比較健康,去年四月跟老公交往,七月跟著朋友
(她預定10月結婚)去看台南中醫,中醫聽到我有男友大力催婚,她不希望我在她那裡看
太久,就順理成章兩個認識十年以上才來電的人11月登計結婚12月出國蜜月,中醫的藥斷
斷續續吃到現在,前幾個月一週藥會吃成兩週三週,近幾個月一餐都不敢忘,今早驗發現
很深的兩條線。
去年六月到現在,我不再使用洗髮精洗頭,每天只用溫水沖頭皮,太油時就用小蘇打粉加
強,剛嘗試時天天油頭一條條的很不舒服,但隔月生理期前胸部不再漲痛,讓我確定了這
樣是可以少接觸攝取過多人工製品,就這樣一年來洗髮精洗頭不到10次(稀釋洗),我住
台南我的工作會跟人靠很近,但除了老公跟老媽湊近頭髮聞,不然不會有味道,大家可以
試試,在國外行之有年囉~臉書可以搜尋poo-free,有較多資料,我也是從半信半疑到越
來越信!
幾年前看的一本書:體溫力革命。書中日本醫生提到體溫過低不容易受孕且有許多病體溫
提高就好了,所以我在婚前尚無對象時,有一年一直跑馬拉松,有一年一直爬山,當時不
是為了懷孕,是為了提升新陳代謝率跟體溫,雖然婚後忙著研究所進修很少運動,但我相
信底子有打下來一些。
今年五月初買了基礎體溫計認真備孕,我的體溫明顯到上升下降,加上週期固定,在排卵
日當週努力作一休一,一週後6/15體溫大幅下降(事後查是著床低溫),隔天又回復高溫
,當時還以為算錯排卵日,又經過一週疲倦嗜睡(~6/20),我推想已懷孕,奈著性子過
一星期確定生理期沒來且體溫持續高溫(預定6/22),今早驗果真兩條線,美夢向前了一
步!

大家多是職業婦女,外食機會大,可嘗試減少沾量沾醬,還原古代人的飲食習慣,避免給
身體過多添加物跟負擔,洗頭那段是我個人看法,版上好像沒看到有人提到,分享出來讓
大家參考,希望可以幫上大家。
