現在才想到是有點晚....
請問有人知道這一段為何要做嗎？
原本是小塊石材 現在是故意要改材質成柏油嗎？
本以為會把中南街發展成行人步行區，沒想到反而退回基本的柏油路，
而且這一段的速限壓低到30
我實在看不懂這些工程啊~
