中午騎車準備回家時,頂著飢腸轆轆的肚子到處晃,
本來要去吃保平路的川味牛肉麵,結果初五才開...囧(明天再去吃)
這家牛肉是本地黃牛肉,這家特色在於辣味,我覺得很道地的四川味,
通常點的時候老闆都會問辣度要多少,我個人是吃小辣或中辣,
第一次吃建議先吃小辣,不夠再叫老闆再加辣度,因為還蠻辣的。
他的份量是我吃過之中份量最多的一家,食量大的可以挑戰大碗,平常吃小碗就很飽了。
塊狀牛肉相當入味,他的湯我每次去吃都會喝光,湯味道不會太淡也不會很油,
老闆都加一堆蔥跟湯一起喝起來非常順口。晚上建議早點去吃,有時候麵會賣光。
P.S 我覺得老闆長的像毛澤東XD...
