看到屏東房價暴漲的新聞，想說有點奇怪，
明明屏東人越來越少了，
需要房子的人也減少了才是，怎麼反而搶著買？
後來上網查了一下
根據屏東縣政府的統計

民國 88 年，屏東縣人口 909,015 人，戶數 245,946 戶
民國 98 年，屏東縣人口 882,640 人，戶數 274,745 戶
民國 108 年，屏東縣人口 819,184 人，戶數 289,861 戶
雖然屏東人口過去20年來少了 89831 人，但是戶數卻增加 43915 戶
人口減少了，房子卻增加，或是獨立一戶的人增加？
是不是大家都不想住在一起，越分越開了？
