次風力預測，陣風預測數字相同。屏東縣長潘孟安決定「整天」停班停課，讓他的臉書粉
絲數暴增近6千名，成長1118.6%。
氣象局罕見地在27日13:00提前發布風力預測，上修南部「半天四縣市」的風力數據，在
27日13:00~18:00，高雄市跟屏東縣的陣風預測都落在10-11。
不只27日，26日16:00與22:00的風力預測，高雄市跟屏東縣的數據都落在陣風7-8轉9-10
與陣風6-7轉7-8。潘孟安決定在27日停班停課一整天，讓臉書粉絲的成長一路往上飆。
