往事只能回味
我也是快運動不下去了
尋求同溫層的溫暖
阿姨因為月底要體檢
我通常都會為了讓數字好看一點
運動加節制飲食
今年成果還OK
少了2KG 三個月
但是就沒再下去了
哭哭
因為我真的很愛吃一些母湯的食物
蛋糕 雪糕 蔥油餅 餅乾
我的方法是
早餐 豆漿＋茶葉蛋
午餐 肉或地瓜＋豆腐,毛豆,玉米,蛋,綠竹筍
晚餐 自助餐 選一樣肉 豆腐 菜瓜 菜
餓了吃芭樂
六日會比較放縱自由吃啦
運動 一周三天主要是走跑步機30分心跳130以上速度6．O？
抬腿機 左右腳各十下三組
其他看心情用運動教材
下面有恐怖照（害怕請左轉）
其實還是大168/63-》61kg
