文長、抱怨,不喜愛者請不要往下看
小小洋房耳聞負評甚多(多是態度、店家處理方面的問題)
今天應朋友強烈要求,三隻無尾熊又公休,於是在中午12:55到了【小小洋房】
就想碰碰運氣看排不排得到。
依舊店門口已經排了三、四組人,
約莫12:58來了兩個女生,直接排在隊伍另一邊..
13:00開門,這兩位女生一點也不害羞的往店內前進
店員問我們:請問幾位
我們:兩位
店員:兩位的位子沒了,要留電話嗎
(指著已經坐得舒舒服服的兩位女生,他們還一直看著我們)
我們:我們比他們先來的...
店員轉頭問那兩位舒服的小公主:請問你們幾位?
小公主們:三位
>>>>不是吧!!現在是誰先排隊的問題而不是幾位的問題好嗎?
店員轉頭面無表情對我們說:他們是三位,所以你們要留電話嗎
我們:無言..難道這店員和小公主都是外星人,不知道排隊的意思嗎?
店員也只管你到底要不要吃,而不管客人現在已經是火大的狀況
店員又說:所以你們要不要留電話????
我已經怒氣快要爆發飆人了,眼看著同伴心平氣和竟然說,留一下好了
好吧,那我就忍下..!
沒想到出了店,同伴開始大抱怨,為什麼插隊的人因為三人就可以先吃,
而店員也不管排隊的問題(那為何要排隊?)人數對比較重要
1.若是依人數判定是否還有適合的位子,是否應讓先排隊的兩人坐四人座
等下一組兩人客人與我們併桌?
2.當下如果我反應夠快,說:ok所以問題出在我們只有兩人,那我改三位!請小公主起立!
這樣以小小洋房的邏輯我就可以坐那個位子了吧?
(為此請朋友吃一頓也開心!)
3.店家生意好也不需要用鼻孔對客人說話,只一直問到底有沒有要留電話
態度也只讓我們感受到:所以妳們還有沒有要吃啦???的不舒服感!
4.如果要用人數當作依據,直接訂出你們店內可容納四人座x組,兩人座o組,
別把客人當笨蛋,告訴客人有20個座位哦^^
卻又說兩人座沒了!請留電話!!
5.為什麼服務態度如此不純熟(不好意思、抱歉、請、對不起都不會說)的店家,
還是受花蓮人愛戴每天排隊花錢消費
6.我覺得今天最幸運的事情是,我只有受氣,而沒花錢消費還受氣!
今日這件事,插隊小公主是問題最大起因
但店家卻是這件不愉快最重要的關鍵角色..
但店家只一副不關我事的態度,反正客人絡繹不絕,
妳們不吃後面還一堆人在等!(事實上是,我們後面很多人)
食物是一家餐廳的靈魂,但消費的心情卻是決定客人是否要踏進這家店消費的關鍵
這樣的店家,到底為什麼大家還很愛?
真的讓我不解,我只好盡我最大的力,給他一個反推!
