第一次吃小蒙牛，真是跟預期落差太大
以為牛肉類有一定水準，但
安格斯牛、霜降牛、牛五花肉質都不嫩
已經刻意不要涮太久卻還是咬得很辛苦
而且都有帶筋實在咬不動
只有肩胛牛小排比較嫩一些
但也還是有吃到一點點筋
其他肉類的話
羊肩肉還算軟嫩
豬肉肉質也偏硬
蝦子普通，龍蝦沙拉丸算好吃
豆腐、鴨血、大腸也不錯
綜合以上，本以為是招牌的牛肉系列
卻令我們邊吃邊搖頭
完全沒有續盤的慾望
連養生湯底那邊也很詭異
湯頭是苦的耶！
是哪個藥材熬久造成的嗎?
很失望的一次經驗
只有最後的哈根達斯冰淇淋是滿意的
