今年掃墓的時候阿姨有買三合燒餅去
包裝變美了 一時還真認不出來
多了很多新口味
大抵上來說幾乎都不錯
蔥味 香椿 到辣椒香菇跟黑胡椒香菇
都有把食材香味鎖在裡面
but 總覺得跟童年去龍潭游泳池游完泳
起來吃到的燒餅有點不同
似乎少了豬油的香氣
三合的講求健康 全是素的
但我向來認為豬油在適當的烹調方式下 也是好油啊
只是身為"外婆家在宜蘭"的半調子宜蘭人
其實宜蘭沒有很熟
想請問真正在地的
哪一家燒餅還是採用豬油呢?
