客訴7-11店員有用嗎? - 台南

想請問一下各位:
今天去7-11永康的雙永門市(在深呼吸對面)寄件,
要寄出時店員A說寄冷凍要花20元買特定的紙箱,
當下馬上同意並花錢購買、把我的物品換箱子,
而後結帳時店員B表示宅急便冷凍並不用購買特定的箱子,並表示我剛剛買的20元也無法退回
回家的路上越想越不對勁(?
店員的疏失不應該是我要吸收吧吧吧吧
於是騎回去和他們說我覺得這樣不合理,
結果店員B默默的和我要回發票退錢。
(到這裡的處理步驟我覺得我都可以認了,畢竟誰沒有疏失 )
結果走到門口聽到店員B大聲的抱怨:
「20塊而已也要計較」
當下生氣的衝回去回她:20塊就不是錢嗎?今天是你們的疏失吧!?我其實是可以報警處理的耶?
接著生氣的走出去
店員B 開始裝傻說她並沒有說話
然後我走的時候又大聲的說
「莫名其妙~」
真的是很生氣餒 今天真的不是在意這點小錢,而是覺得明明是他們自己搞不清楚狀況還要顧客承擔費用很不合理
看到7-11有客訴專線,打算明天一早打過去,請問能確實讓該店員受到懲處嗎QQ

結果熱狗滾到桌面上,店員直接用手幫我把熱狗放放紙袋中
並幫我結完帳,我給了熱狗的錢跟麥香的錢,但我只拿走麥

不是阿呆而且便利商店密度那麽高我以前就待內部頂多
唸店長而已誰會為了20元處罰員工等會被申訴勞工局
還要跑調解又不是沒事無聊

用 看妳覺得有用的定義是啥 如果妳希望那員工得到
實質的懲處 那客訴可能就沒用了 如果妳希望得到道歉
客訴絕對有用 有誠意的店家還會給予補償 例如咖啡
當然也有可能遇到道歉敷衍了事 沒誠意的店家 這時
候客訴繼續打就對了 店長處理不好 更上面的管理職
例如區經理就會跳下來處理了
