今天下午羅東運動公園看見一隻黃色貌似流浪狗，覺得很乖又很有緣份，本來晚上想去把
他帶回家養，卻聽到說被帶去武淵的收容所了，但網路卻找不到有關武淵收容所的資料，
想請問有沒有想關的消息，想去幫他領養回家。
