現在天氣漸漸冷了，值得進補一下，順便祭祭五臟廟
看看板上推薦的羊肉爐、薑母鴨或麻辣鍋都是羅東比較多
若是宜蘭市有值得推薦嗎???不論單點或吃到飽都可以
