就想說結束前踩雷看看,想不到真的是地雷
現場能自取的食物沒啥特色,就一般自助餐口味
真的算雷的就是土瓶蒸了,湯頭相當無味,只比白開水好一點,該有的鮮味都沒有
生魚片的部分,吃起來不會覺得不新鮮,但是就是覺得很乾
第一次吃到這種感覺的生魚片,個人不喜歡
干貝與甜蝦握壽司吃起來完全沒任何甜味與鮮味,兩種食材都軟趴趴的沒口感
玉子燒握壽司,就夜市10元壽司等級,只是比夜市的大、蛋比較軟而已
手卷的部分,高麗菜絲相當的乾,與主食材搭配起來並沒有潤滑口腔的功能
韭菜冷盤,韭菜吃起來纖維感很重,牙口不好的人應該嚼不爛
蝦捲是自助餐等級、雞心相當老,很難咬爛
壽喜鐵板豬浮滿了一層油,油膩感很重,不耐吃
百香魚柳條,魚肉雖然炸過,但是吃的到土味,百香果醬汁也蓋不過去
豬五花原燒(第四張圖最左下角那道),今天最差評的一道
五花肉整個烤到變餅乾還燒焦,吃起來滿口燒焦味又硬,吃一口就拒絕再吃剩下的了
鮮魚一夜干就鹹魚,而且是非常鹹的鹹魚
勉強吃完半條後放棄,成為今天第二道沒吃完的料理
剩下沒提到的算是沒記憶點的不雷料理了
另外,原價一人要625的餐廳,然後冰淇淋的挖杓竟然不是活水沖泡...
結論:不會再訪
