我也沒有收到學校的 offer letter.
這是學校回信給我的內容:

Dear xxxx - thanks for your email.

I'm pleased to say that you will not need a visa letter this year.

All students are being given their CAS numbers electronically so that there
is no need for you to receive a visa letter.

You will have no problems when you present your CAS number at your visa
interview.
