2021最後一場的基隆產地直送的小卷來囉。

因為這陣子工作比較繁忙，忘了準時開獎，

以下正文開始——————

家中來自基隆的八斗子港出船，
海撈海釣的自銷小卷，

有別於進口冷凍小卷，
是台灣基隆直接出船捕獲的現流野生小卷。

每年五到十月是基隆的鎖管季，
我們賣的是每年這段期間出船，
船上現撈就急速活體冷凍鎖住鮮度，
肉質非常鮮美，營養價值高，
蛋白質含量高(16~20%)並且有豐富牛磺酸，

目前小卷都是大隻為主，盒裝每盒約半斤 300g，
