6月13托福機經整理

閱讀

口說
1.study says that 睡滿八個小時對身體好,但很多人都只睡5.6小時
請敘述睡眠不足造成的影響

2.Working during the day and study in the evening, or study during the day
and work in the evening, which would you prefer?

3.letter says that school should build online tutor system in math
原因一:時間比較彈性
woman agreed that students have class and part-time job,現在的tutor時間根本鰻
辦法配合, 學生is free in the evening. Tutor on line時間更彈性,更多學生受惠
原因二:tutor人數不夠
tutor can be at home and teach math on line. 不用舟車勞頓的情況會有更多tutor願
意幫忙

4.衣著認知（Enclothed cognition）:衣服可以影響別人對你的看法,也影響穿衣者處理
資訊的能力
instructor 準備了很多pictures 來測試一組穿lab cloth和一組沒有穿lab cloth能不能
分辨圖片的差異,實驗發現穿lab cloth 的在測驗中表現得比較好

5.學生把畫畫作業落在家 (命中大範圍第11套)
woman forget her drawing at home
solution 1 回家拿,但很遠
solution 2 自己畫在一幅,但很滿意第一幅

6.two adaption of planet in the rainforest
(1)wax on the planet,雨水不會累積太多,造成植物被淹死
(2)special leaves, 形狀像針一樣很快雨水就會滑落

寫作

綜合寫作：
立法限制非本土動物進口及買賣
(1)pet owner lost authority
lecturer反駁:現有這些nonnatives的寵物主人不會受到影響
ex:tropical fish已經在美國的不受影像,但law要杜防更多引進
(2)safety studies are expensive
lecturer反駁:remove這些nonnative的費用更高
ex:p的蟒蛇長5 meters,remove時耗費非常多 cost
(3)one standard不適用全美國,比方說Brazilian rabbit就算引進美國北部也不會影響
到當地,因為北部很冷,Brazilian rabbit不會造成威協
lecturer反駁:Brazilian rabbit帶來一種疾病造成99%的native north rabbit死亡,所以
there is no exception.

獨立寫作：
Do you prefer to spend money on travelling or to save money for future use?

閱讀
1.歐洲工業化初期
2.比較埃及和美索不達米亞的城市分佈格局
（一個是集中分佈；一個是沿著尼羅河零散分佈）
3.寒武紀大滅絕。

聽力
1.女生想印東西，但印不出來
2.材料課：石墨烯graphene，和鑽石一樣的原子結構。
3.人類從foraging到agriculture的演變
4.女學生下學期有四堂課要寫paper
5.電子音樂
6.利用碳同位素探測鳥類遷徒及飲食的變化

口說
1.是否支持學校不允許學生帶personal computers 說優缺點
2.有的學生在假期上課，有的學生在假期休息或者打工，你支持哪個觀點？
3.閱讀：學生建議讓學生在教職員車位停車。聽力學生反對。
4.閱讀：frustration tolerance。聽力：教授用兒子搭積木舉例。
5.女孩之前答應男孩今晚給他補習。但她忘記了，而且她今晚有個晚會要參加。
方案一，男孩考試在明天10點，他們可以明天早上8點去圖書館學習。
方案二，女孩取消去晚會，然後給男孩補課，因為是她的錯，不過都和朋友約好了。

寫作

綜合寫作：
閱讀：找到一艘Mary Celeste 船漂浮著，船上10個人都沒了，救生艇也沒了，原因可能
有三種：
（1）被海盜挾持了
（2）船上有可燃液體，燒著了，他們乘救生艇走了
（3）船底有一點漏水，他們逃生走了
聽力：
（1）海盜沒拿走船上的值錢物品沒必要只挾持人
（2）幾乎沒有燃燒的痕跡，燃燒後氣味應該會遺留很久
（3）漏水也能開很多天，他們乘小艇逃生更不安全，而且船被發現的時候也沒沉

獨立寫作：
Playing sports teaches people more lessons about life. Do you agree or not?
Use specific reason to support your opinion.
