請問如果十一點睡,設鬧鐘三點半起來念書會很不健康嗎因為我是個學生而且又要考大學了真的不能說睡就睡我常常覺得睏有時候到晚上九點十點就很想睡覺沒辦法熬夜所以乾脆早點睡早點起床念書可以控制的話我會十一點睡,鬧鐘設三點半(有時候太睏了九點多就會不小心睡著,不過半夜兩、三或四點
