如何選擇淡菸 - 菸草

小弟原本抽七星濃，自從有一次心血來潮之後，
快20幾天沒抽煙，然後猛慢跑，結果發現我不敢大口的抽七星濃煙(會嗆到)
但我又很喜歡抽煙，我愛嘴巴後方有刺激的感覺，只好抽淡一點，就改抽七星超淡，
最近想換換淡菸來抽，於是去了解了一下適合我的淡菸
請問我該抽哪一種呢？
焦油 尼古丁
1.持續原本的七星超淡 4 0.3
2.雲絲頓-銀 4 0.4
3.More-銀 4 0.4
4.尊爵3號 3 0.3
5.DUNHILL金 3 0.3
6.灰大衛 3 0.3
7.LS藍 7 0.7 (這幾天找到這個板才知道的，想試試)
