之前喝太多甜飲料了
小腹有日漸增大的趨勢
所以兩個月前就一直有想慢跑的念頭
無奈一直到今天
連一次都沒跑過
說我懶的運動嘛
可是在家我都會作仰臥起坐和伏地挺身
只不過就是一直提不起勁出門慢跑
有什麼好的建議嗎?
