我想每天盡量只花100元在吃的上面!早餐:三明餐(20元)+無糖豆漿/優酪乳(20元)午餐:炒麵或炒米粉(30元)晚餐:燙青菜(30元)/茶葉蛋*3(21元,不只蛋黃)/蘋果*1(25元)每天喝約1500CC的水晚上還會做抬腿+簡單的運動!這樣可以嗎?還有什麼需要改的嗎?還是多吃什麼可以瘦身的嗎?謝謝
