每次到了大考前心情會變的比平常浮躁
原本很平常的一件小事我就會一直去想它不管是人際關係方面還是什麼的反正就是會一直想東想西
也變得比平常易怒容易難過
想知道有什麼方法能調整心情
因為情緒真的影響了我的專注力
學測時就是因為情緒管理的問題才考差
希望大家能夠給我一些建議謝謝
