如何渡過那效率低落的一兩個小時 - 學習

個人在六七個小時的讀書時間當中
常常會在第五個小時左右 會有種乾枯的感覺
會有點浮躁 無法集中 鬥志低落
會有想要收拾東西閃人的念頭
不過這一兩個小時過了之後 又很專心 興致高昂地讀起書來了
嘗試過幾個方法 像是小睡片刻 喝咖啡 喝茶 吃口香糖 或者到外面閒晃片刻
都無法加速渡過這個混沌期
想請問版友們是否也有這個情況呢 大家是如何迅速整理讓自己回到軌道上呢
