想請教一下 鄰居是一個60幾歲的男人
娶一個越南老婆 生一個小孩 小孩現在也成年人了。
重點來了 越南老婆都不給他的老公進門 也不給他吃飯等等
（聽家母說他有殘障手冊）
晚上十一二點還在社區流浪 早上四五點也看他在門口流浪
重點是男生前陣子把房子過戶給他兒子了......
有可能是活生生想讓他死（？
（我們是鄰居 但也看不下去想幫助他 但苦無辦法
只知道有一點線索而已）才來上來求助專業人士
看有沒有管道可以幫忙他
