如何反應福和客運服務品質 - 基隆

小弟是通勤族,每日來回台北,因工作地點關係,是搭乘福和客運。
但坦白說,不但班次管控技巧不佳,常常拖班、飆車、常常差點撞到前面車子,司機有時候到了還要跑去買早餐(有次還邊開邊吃...)。
另外態度真的很差,司機要記錄乘客搭到哪一站,有些人講話太小聲或模糊或是講的路名司機沒聽過,除了不耐煩之外,有時候還要被兇(多是年長者遭受如此對待)。
常常很多乘客打他們公司的電話反應也不見改善,不知是否能向主管機關反應?
