我有一個習慣 夏天一定要吃綠豆湯
每到了夏季，我滿頭大汗的從學校回到家時
冰箱裡總是會有一鍋冷藏許久的綠豆湯等著我
從小到大，我從來沒有吃過父親煮的任何一道菜，除了這夏天的綠豆湯
父親煮的綠豆湯總是特別好吃
綠豆總是顆粒分明、柔軟而飽滿；
甜味總是在我咬破豆腹時，和著湯汁從舌尖滾入肚囊
我喜歡看著鍋壁上晶瑩的水珠慢慢凝結，最後逃不過滑落的命運而與甜湯溶為一體
隨著上了大學離開家鄉，父親調到屏東工作之後，我再也沒有吃過綠豆湯
有時心念一起，興匆匆買了綠豆、冰糖
卻是怎樣也煮不出記憶中的味道
久而久之，廚具被我晾在一旁沒有再動過
