印象中大約15幾年前(1995~2000),那時年紀是小學升國中
老家附近有一間雜貨店,位於桃園市宏昌六街
與壽昌街交叉口

早上會利用自家的騎樓賣中式早餐,有可口涼麵(20) 豆米漿(10) 肉包(20)饅頭(10)
之類的,其中蛋餅(15)更是一絕,自家做的手工餅皮下鍋前似乎有放在一旁泡過油
,起鍋後酥脆有嚼勁,塗上褐色的醬汁(豆乳醬?)再加上辣椒醬,不切直接捲成一捲
放入紙袋,那味道甜鹹甜鹹,帶點辣及蔥蛋香,在別的地方從沒吃過這樣的味道
(個人認為大勝東部的炸彈蔥油餅,那時還沒有引爆流行)
當時是唯一每天吃不膩的早餐,生意很好
騎樓裡就維一一台家用瓦斯爐,用小黑平底鍋煎蛋餅
因此印象非常深刻,後來我搬家後,過一陣子回去看,不僅早餐店沒了且雜貨店
也收起來了,那神奇的蛋餅就這樣消失了
有當時記憶中的桃園鄉民知道這美味的蛋餅跑哪去了嗎? 每次想在其他
地方找到替代品,總是不夠接近當時好吃的蛋餅阿
