個人習慣比較偏中式餐飲,麵包也是有吃就是了。
奕順軒的麵包在宜蘭還不錯,我較常吃的就它和富士屋,
跟台北的比就普普,不管是口感、種類、造型。
奕順軒、諾貝爾的奶凍捲我覺得,不算是很精緻的西點,
二家每種口味我都吃過,150的價格就是他的競爭力,
現在便當75,150吃到這種品質,應該沒什麼好嫌的。
奕順軒的麵包也是一樣,價格對的上它的品質,
像國王麵包,100g 60元,不是每個人都買的下手,
還有一些高檔甜點,一份幾百,看到都不太考慮的。
對我來說,奕順軒的麵包跟台北的不太一樣,
應該是吃習慣了吧!那種味道像在記憶裏一樣。
而對外地人來說,享用不貴、能吃、知名的伴手禮,
應該也是不錯的選擇,所以,我今天才買奶凍去台北。
台北那種一級戰區,有些麵包確實在宜蘭買不到,
我偶而也會從台北買一些回宜蘭,給長輩嘗鮮。
套句有次在羅東某小籠包店用餐,老板所說的,
鼎泰豐在宜蘭開不起來,他去台北也不會開的好。
對了,昨天去諾貝爾,覺得服務比以前好很多,
至於它的麵包,很久沒吃了,不清楚有無改進。
