疫情前,會上健身房,所以還好
晚上十一點半左右,上床就寢,大概凌晨一兩點多才有睡意
睡到八點左右就會自己醒來,至少還有睡五~六小時
疫情開始後,就再也沒上健身房
好的時候,大概兩三點能睡著,八點起床
不好時,都要到五六點天亮才睡得著,九點十點就會起床
最近很常不好,故決定去看個睡眠科?身心科?
不知道台南市有無推薦的醫院或診所,謝謝
