想到他們的控肉我口水都快留下來了。
大鼎肉羹我沒吃過他們的肉羹,
反倒是那一鍋老滷著實深深地吸引著我,雖然說吃起來挺油的,
但就控肉來說,表層豬皮的韌性與中層油脂混搭在口中爆漿,伴著瘦肉層的嚼勁。
每每都會讓我閉上眼睛去享受控肉在口中的這三種層次,
這時再扒上一口白飯,實在是太滿足,太銷魂了。
另外,滷豬腳也是很值得大家一試的好菜色,
我從沒點過豬腳飯,每次都是單點,他們都會很貼心的幫你把豬腳剪好,
再灑上一點香菜端上還,在視覺上是很舒服的一盤菜色。
這樣很方便客人吃,也可以保持優雅的吃相。
相較於控肉來說,雖然少了中層油脂的爆漿享受,
但是在 Q度上卻多了彈牙的口感,佐以香菜提味。
人生中因此又多了另一碗白飯。
以前經過看到他們的用餐環境不太喜歡,幾乎沒進去過
後來因朋友介紹後,一試成主顧。
寧可居無竹,不可食無肉。
