大學畢業後回高雄的次數不多,但每次回去一定會繞到這間鹹水雞買一波!
老闆是一位大叔,最早吃的時候是在高應大後門那附近的50嵐前面賣,後來搬到附近靠近
大昌二路與義華路的路口,印象中好像剛好開在眼鏡行前面,這是我最後對地點的印象了
,應該是6、7年前了!
這家的蔥都是現切的,後來也有開始加洋蔥,
然後我一定會點豆皮,老闆切的非常細,吃起來口感真的超刷嘴,其它東西也非常好吃!
雞肉去骨那刀工也好到不太會讓你吃到小碎骨,重點是他不像一般鹹水雞會加鹹水,就簡
單的香油、胡椒鹽,經過老闆蓋上後那麼ㄧ搖就非常入味!
距離上次回高雄已經有好一段時間了,不曉得有沒有人可以告訴我這家鹹水雞還在不在,
或是有搬到其它地方去了?

畢業8年了 我還是忘不了這家鹹水雞的美味...
