大家好
請問一下,大家都怎樣規畫時間呢?然後做得到嗎??
例如6點起床,8點前吃好早餐做好運動
8點~11點念書等等
但總覺得我規畫的行程很infeasible
像我運動課表:暖身+跑步+伏地挺身=1個半小時
常常是不知不覺就3小時,差得非常多
不知道大家有沒有常常行程規劃失敗的經驗呢??
希望能分享一下自己一天的行程
以及在落實時遇到的困難跟解決方式喔^^
