最近恢復運動除了備孕也想好好回復到以前用運動舒壓調整心情及工作壓力的自己。
結婚前都會去球場打排球。但後來因為晚下班加上要煮飯,就比較無法去球場,再來久沒打就沒手感了。
目前是自己在家跳鄭多燕。一次半小時,一兩天做一次。都會做到額頭出汗,但不會滴汗。再想會不會強度不夠,需要再增加。
大家都是做些什麼運動來調整身體呢?
