我已經住在淡水好幾年了
可以算是半個淡水人
雖說不上見證淡水的歷史
但好歹也參與了一些變化
最近看到很愛上鏡頭的郭董又在放話
我知道他好像有在淡水買亳宅啦...想來應該是買來渡假的
身為長住淡水的市井老百姓, 他說這種話真的很反感
原因如下:
1. 淡水交通已經每況愈下, 淡水工作又少, 必須出淡水, 想必郭董沒有每天
塞在紅樹林~竹圍15~20分鐘還可能仍開不出去的切身經歷
2. 淡水很多東西仗著觀光區, 物價已經超越台北市, 我常跑淡水和台北市的市場
感觸最深, 東西品質沒台北好又比台北貴, 還在市郊 = =
3. 基於以上原因, 如果再來個gamble, 引進大量外國旅客, 用腳想都知道會怎樣...
不用肖想設博易特區會有什麼補助之類的,
有可能因為條件不符沒補助到, 但仍要深受其害
我想人都有自私的一面, 我是很自私地把心中想法說出來
不知道各位版友對博易的看法如何?
