今天逛全聯的時候
火龍果剛好在促銷於是買了幾顆
火龍果好吃是好吃
不過吃太多會有可怕的副作用
就是烙塞...
而且是半夜會痛醒的那種
因為現在住的地方沒有冰箱
加上火龍果易爛
勢必要盡己所能的吃
個人經驗是
紅2-3顆
或
白1顆
