小弟剛搬到汐止兩個體拜~ 就想說去朝拜一下聞名已久的大埔鐵板燒。
一進到店裡,感覺還蠻乾淨的~ 找個位子坐下以後就點菜,簡單的牛肉片是
我最喜歡的菜色,另外再看一下菜單~ 居然沒有蔥蛋,當下有點小失望不過
還OK啦畢竟那只是配角,重點是主菜。
然後師傅簡單問了辣度以後就開始炒了,很特別的是爆香材料他都用甩的
甩到鐵板上再慢慢收回來,本來覺得是特色,結果他上菜也給我用甩的 - -
還噴了一小片牛肉到桌上,這種長年用抹布擦的桌子我可不敢再把菜夾回來吃。
然後他用非常多的蔥,非常非常多~ 對喜歡吃蔥的人來說是好事,但是比肉還多
的蔥就讓我幾乎吃不到肉本身的味道了,其他部分調味還OK~ 沒什麼特別好跟壞。
吃完以後... 坦白說真的吃不飽,可能因為我只點一碗飯的關係
然後廚師有問隔壁桌的夫妻要不要再吃青菜,但是沒問我.. 而是看我吃完了就
跟我買單...
總結一下
優點:開很晚(據說到凌晨四點),然後平價(牛肉110,白飯每碗10)
缺點:亂甩食材、份量不多(我體重60~吃不飽)、調味很普通。
我給65分,如果不是時間太晚,應該不會再去這間吃吧。
